Lightstar is maybe just a bit bipolar at times. Usually, she's a very happy cat, and cares for everything she comes with contact with --enemy or not. But at times, she can become frustrated --with both herself and other cats. When she gets this way, Lightstar takes it out on others, forcing them into useless battles or doing stupid, hopeless tasks. Times like this usually come because of one thing: her vision. If there's one word that's taboo for Lightstar, it's 'see'. Or 'sight'. Or 'blind.' Any sort of reference to her not-so-great vision will set Lightstar off, and usually keep her depressed for a few days.Apperance:
Still, she's a great leader: courageous in battle, never afraid to take a risk, and always there for someone who needs help. No matter how she might act out against her clan, she always loves them.
Lightstar has never really seen herself, and so she relies on what others tell her about her. According to what they've said, Lightstar has decided that she is a pure white cat with a yellow pelt, a tan striped tail, but has no markings on her whatsoever; eyes that are as dark as the night sky, but still are almost as white as ice, that are cold and unforgiving, but soft and warm. Yes, she is one confused cat.History:
Lightstar's really a soft cream colored cat, closer to a warm yellow color than a white, with maybe a few tiny tanner stripes here and there. Her eyes are a very light blue color, but clouded over with a white, making them looked even light. In the dark, they may seem a bit darker, but they are always a light color. As for her size, Lightstar is very small, closer to an apprentice size than a warrior. Her muscles aren't all to visible, but are most definetely there, hidden under the soft fur.
Born to Scarletfang and Lionroar, Lightstar once had two other sisters and a brother. Her eldest was Herakit, then Lovekit, and lastly, (born after her) was Bloodkit. Scarletfang died after giving birth to her last kit, and because of this, none of the litter was very fond of Bloodkit. Lionroar took a liking to Lighstar immeadiatly, out of pity really, and never paid attention of any of the other kits. Thanks to him, Herakit and Lovekit (through Herakit, as Lovekit never thought for herself and let Herakit do it for her) hated Lightstar as well. Lightstar was the last to learn to walk, and didn't learn to do so without stumbling or shaking until her 9th moon.
At six moons, like all kits, Lightstar and her siblings became apprentices. At first, as Redstar didn't think she could do anything else, Lightstar was made the medicine cat's apprentice, but she retaliated by never showing up or even entering the medicine den. She tagged along with the other apprentices as they went to their training, and eventually Redstar gave her to Lionroar to train. Lightstar hated having her father as her mentor, but with him she learned her techniques faster and more fluidly.
She fought her first battle at 13 moons, coming out with plenty of mortal injuries. But Lightstar, unlike Lovepaw, who never could fight, recovered. With the rest of her siblings, Lightstar gained her warrior name: Lightshadow. She never did fall in love, because time after time, her life was thrown into grief; shortly after becoming a warrior, Bloodstone left Thunderclan, feeling as if he never had a place there. A few moons after that, Herawing's body was found in the forest, torn with cat's claws. Her father, Lionroar, stuck with her to see her become the deputy at 26 moons, but died in the same battle that took Redstar's last life. For almost ten moons now, Lightstar has been watching over Thunderclan the best she can. Her life is devoted to protecting her clan, and she's promised to do so to her very last breath.
